Overview
12 Plus is a nonprofit dedicated to empowering students and expanding access to education. For their annual Believe Ball, celebrating 12 years of impact, they partnered with LIPT Media to elevate the event’s visual identity, digital presence, and storytelling strategy.
Our role was to translate the organization’s mission into an engaging and cohesive event experience—both online and in person. Through a mix of social media strategy, graphic design, and public relations, LIPT Media helped 12 Plus connect emotionally with their audience and inspire support for their cause
Our Approach
We started by aligning on design direction and voice to reflect 12 Plus’ values of empowerment, inclusivity, and celebration. Our collaboration included weekly check-ins to review creative materials and refine the event’s communication flow.
What We Delivered
12 Plus – Believe Ball 2025
Social Media Strategy:
Developed a content calendar for April–June, focused on event awareness and donor engagement.
Created branded posts for Instagram and LinkedIn, including awardee spotlights, countdowns, and ticket reminders.
Provided platform guidance for tone, cadence, and community engagement.
Graphic Design & Branding:
Designed the event invitation (print + digital), general event vibe graphic, and musical performer announcement (Snacktime).
Created a full suite of outreach graphics, Canva templates, and event signage for print and digital use (welcome boards, stage backdrops, and check-in visuals).
Developed templates for the program and auction booklet to ensure consistent visual branding.
Website & PR Support:
Provided recommendations for the WordPress event page layout and GiveButter integration to streamline donations and ticket purchases.
Supported media positioning and storytelling for potential local press outreach around the Believe Ball.
Creative Consulting:
Guided brand messaging and storytelling to align every touchpoint with 12 Plus’ community-driven mission.
Managed project timelines and deliverables through Asana for transparency and collaboration.
Impact
With LIPT Media’s creative direction, the Believe Ball gained a strong digital presence ahead of the event, cohesive branding across platforms, and visuals that reflected the spirit of empowerment at the heart of 12 Plus.
